How many of you guys have been filling half your plate with vegetables? I wanted to share a few recipes that are brilliantly tantalizing and will make this challenge a breeze! You can eat them alone as a meal or make ahead and serve several evenings in a row for half your plate sides! Take them for lunch the next day for an extra bonus!!!
If you have an Aldi market, you MUST try the Earth Grown Vegan Veggie Burger!!! I’ve always hated frozen veggie burgers and I felt that I’d given them all a chance. I told my Dad I couldn’t be bothered with any veggie burger. He insisted. Well done! This is the best veggie burger I’ve ever tasted!! I don’t have an Aldi near. Whenever I travel home, I stock up! My sweet sister bought all they had last time I was home and divided them among her loved ones. I haven’t met anyone yet who hasn’t loved them! They are especially flavorful, deeply browned in a skillet with just 1/4 tsp of olive oil!
