4 Ingredient Nutella Cookies

Is there anything healthy about Nutella? No, but it’s gooooooood!

My friend, Lauren.  She’s got the right idea!
This recipe is all over the internet.  I used whole wheat flour in mine to make the cookies a bit more healthy.  One of the greatest things you’ll ever hear out of a RD’s mouth is “everything in moderation”. Give these a try and let me know what you think! Preheat oven to 350. Combine 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup whole wheat flour, 1 cup Nutella and 1 egg.  Mix well.  A hand or stand mixer makes this easy because the dough is stiff.

Form balls from 2 Tbsp of dough for each cookie.  Place balls onto a cookie sheet lined with a silicone mat or parchment paper.  Smash the balls with the bottom of a glass or if little ones are helping, a plastic cup.  Bake 7 minutes.  Done! Nutella Cookies Plated 1 Some things you may need: This recipe is easier than any boxed mix and a great one for little helpers!  These delicious cookies make a great treat for lunch boxes too!
