It’s so great to be in shape and to look great and feel good about yourself. It’s important to be devoted to things and to have hobbies. But, I gotta tell ya, I’m not measuring out 7/8 of an apple and eating exactly 3 almonds four times a day. Although I have been known to enjoy a turkey sandwich for breakfast, fish is not going to be on my plate at 6 am 7 days a week.
It’s funny that as I read these avid crossfitter’s blogs, many (as in, more than I can count) say that they don’t restrict their intake but, clearly if you eat exactly the same foods every single day and the end of your menu reads “Sleep. It appears to be a step in the right direction as everywhere you turn, you see obesity. But, is it in fact better to turn to powders and supplements as opposed to food in order to get “healthy”?
